  4. Have to agree with the others. The Bears backfield is an absolute quagmire. Has been ever since Fields came back. Jerick McKinnon (groin) ruled out for Week 16 Chiefs RB Jerick McKinnon has been ruled out of Kansas City's Week 16 game against Las Vegas due to a groin injury. Fantasy Impact McKinnon did not practice during the week. Isiah Pacheco is scheduled to return, so it will be his backfield with Clyde Edwards-Helaire as the backup. Kelly KirbyDec 23, 2023
  5. 586.889 shares of First Solar (FSLR) at the closing price of $170.39 on Friday, December 22, 2023. 586.889 x 170.39 = 100.000.02 In real life, I own 200 shares purchased at $34.63 in 2017. Missed my chance to take advantage of the latest rise in bitcoin. Had the right idea (MicroStrategy - MSTR) but didn't follow through. It was around $170 at the time I considered it. Closed at $619.24 today.

    Decency is on the ballot

I can't imagine why you (or anyone else for that matter) would be concerned about this 'guy' having a position in the Spent Fuel & Waste Department of the Office of Nuclear Energy ? https://www.imagebam.com/view/MEQYQI2

    I got a presidential pardon; thanks Biden!#@!@#

Approval rating of 39% released, followed by this. Just a coincidence. I focking hate politicians. Especially one like this worthless !@# who's been doing it for 50+ years. Want to rectify something that needs rectifying ? Start with the tax on Social Security you voted for twice. The fact that it was supposed to be explicitly free from taxes is bad enough. In 1938, A Treasury Department Tax Ruling stated that SS benefits will be explicitly excluded from federal income taxation. Now that you occupy the most powerful political position in the world, at least have the decency to suggest that Congress/IRS adjust those taxes for inflation. 25K in retirement income was living large in 1983, in 2023 it's living in poverty. https://smartasset.com/retirement/is-social-security-income-taxable

    Lessons learned from 2023

Nailed it. In 2005, after 2 years of trying, my work friends finally convinced me to play fantasy football. I had the first pick. Because Peyton Manning had thrown 49 TDs in 2004, I made him the number one pick. He ended up with 28.

Ain't that the truth. On the other hand, the Rams are playing angry. Throw out that close loss in Baltimore a couple weeks ago & tonight would be 6 in a row.

I tried streaming kickers this year. Not every week, but switched 4 or 5 times. Complete failure. Would've been much better off just keeping the guy I drafted in the last round, Jason Myers. 14. Weight loss drug play. Do you own any of it for real ? I own Eli Lilly, which has a similar drug. Considering making LLY my pick for this thread, but I'm concerned that like NVO, it's already had a huge run over the past 5 years.

    Random Thoughts Week 15

Broncos Lions surprised me. Thought the game would be close. Speaking of the Lions, anyone who started Goff this week has to be whistling Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah out of their behind. DeMeco Ryans finally pulled his head out of his arse long enough to look at the statistics & realize that Singletary is the man. Only took him 15 weeks. Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good. Taysom Hill was dropped when he missed week 14. Because of injuries, I needed someone for a PPR flex. Tried to get him Friday but someone had beat me to the punch. Picked up Antonio Gibson instead. Remains to be seen if that works out, but missing out on Hill hasn't hurt…..yet. Started Love over Mahomes in a ‘for fun only’ family league. Haven't embarrassed myself yet. Rachaad White continues to impress. What a value pick he was. Of course Mostert has turned out to be the ultimate value pick. 2 more TD’s on the ground today. Chuba Hubbard is also paying dividends. Green Bay - Tampa Bay looks to be the only possible shoot-out of the early games. The Bears backfield has been a total quagmire since Fields came back. TBC

    Week 16 All-Out Blitz (2023) ...

Full PPR I have Jonathan Taylor (@ Atlanta) & Devin Singletary (home against the Browns) rostered. Scenario A: Taylor is back for week 16, & Zack Moss is out. Would you consider Singletary over Taylor ? My guess would be a strong no. Scenario B: Both Moss & Taylor are active. Singletary or Taylor ? Both teams @ 8-6 If the playoffs started today, the Colts would be in, & the Texans out. (both have something to play for) Thanks

My Week 16 NFL Power Rankings

I had to look that up: An emerging threat in Florida and beyond is coming from a decades-old medicine developed solely for use in animals. The medication Xylazine, known on the street as “tranq” or “tranq dope,” has gotten the attention of both law enforcement and health officials because of its frequent use with the opioid fentanyl. I also ran across the following 'public safety alert' from the DEA. I've always found warnings like this highly amusing. As if the people on the street retarded enough to be using fentanyl, make regular visits to the DEA site to check for warnings https://www.dea.gov/alert/dea-reports-widespread-threat-fentanyl-mixed-xylazine

FU to the Redskins offense. The Rams defense isn't THAT good. Someone named Camaron Cheeseman just fumbled!
