I thought I was a big enough whale at Fidelity to get in on IPOs like that, guess I was wrong. Do you have to hold it for a certain period of time ?

Any predictions on the next useless national holiday ? I'll go with May 25. A remembrance for the upstanding/law abiding citizen named George Perry Floyd Jr.

Definitely less reliable imo. It seems they even have trouble forecasting simple things like will it be cloudy or clear tomorrow ? My theory is that the vast majority of meteorologists (those you see on your local television channel) now rely on computer models to make the forecasts for them. Cheaper for the local station to simply have the meteorologist present a model forecast, rather than paying them to put in hours analyzing data to make his/her own. The atmosphere is pretty much capped for the southern half of Minnesota today. The severe stuff will be in the northern half.

Yahoo finance has been my homepage for ages. Tonight I noticed a story regarding Social Security. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/social-security-fund-could-run-out-in-8-years-trustees-say-is-there-hope-222009892.html Here's a screen cap of a comment, & my attempt to reply with a question. https://www.imagebam.com/view/ME12YS5K Since yahoo won't allow me to ask the question, maybe someone here could answer it. How does someone in the country illegally, (which means they don't have a Social Security #) pay into that program ?

Brilliant observation.

OK, that's a good start & thanks for the reply. This leads to question #2 How/why does the Social Security administration accept deposits from fake or fraudulent SSN's ?
