I understand your point, but in this case it looks like one sector of government (the state of Iowa) had an idea that would be more efficient & beneficial than the plan from the USDA/federal government.

Nothing against the kids, I was just being a smart arse with that comment. No problem with taxpayers paying for school lunch for those families that are, for lack of a better word, poor. I only had a problem with it when they extended it to include all families (regardless of income) & made it year-round. Not sure if it's like this in all states, but that's the way it works in Minnesota.

Advice: Nearly all of Abdullah's playing time this season has come on third downs or in hurry-up/comeback situations, but Reed reports that the 31-year-old is expected to start this Sunday. Abdullah scored a receiving touchdown after both Mattison and White got hurt in the Week 11 loss to Miami, taking 88 percent of snaps in the fourth quarter.
