That example you gave reminds me of zero tolerance. Remember a case where a girl who was a senior in high school & on the honor roll, was expelled because they found a Tylenol in her backpack. She occasionally suffered from migraines, but because of the schools zero tolerance policy for drugs, she was expelled. Thankfully, the family fought it and eventually she was allowed back. I recently got a hate speech warning on YouTube. Showed a group of about 15 Latino women fighting in a restaurant next to a bar shortly after closing time.
