Nobody has said anything close to that. What don’t you understand about hiring on merit? Hiring on merit means hiring the most qualified person no matter what their skin color, sex, religious affiliation, or political affiliation. quit pushing your racist ideas on the country.

But DEI is about hiring less qualified people because of their skin color in the name of inclusion. You are including a less qualified person at the expense of a qualified person of a different skin color. Where does DEI talk about Merit? Merit should be the only qualifying factor in hiring.
