All this Bill does is appropriate money to speed up the processing of illegals entering our country. It has nothing to do with shutting down the border. It has a provision once there are more than 5000 illegals a day crossing our border it will be shut down. That is 1,825,00 illegals a year. This is a big loss for the USA.
