The teachers union is the number one problem with education in this country. If we don’t fix that, nothing else will matter.

Are these the same parents that don’t care about their kids? School choice is about getting kids out of your "great" public schools and into a school that educates your child the way you want them to be educated. This is what wealthy people do why can’t everyone have that option? I think your biggest obstacle would be keeping the good students in your great public school.

Inner-city riffraff have no desire to go to the school in your area. They have no desire to go to school anywhere. What we are doing is leaving the kids that want to learn behind.
