How long are baby steps? One year? Two years? Three years? It seems QBs only get 3 years lately.

After seeing all the glorification of Williams on Twitter he has a lot to live up to. I'm holding those people to it. If they are going to draft Williams and only have 4 draft picks, he better be amazing.

They should still win at least 9 games. If they don't, it's a failure of a season.

The next Mahomes? Mahomes wasn't even the next Mahomes when he got drafted. Every year they evaluate QBS wrong. Every couple years it seems there is a can't-miss, generational QB and they almost never live up to it. I think there's a lot to be said for team chemistry and I like what the Bears are building right now. I think a good offensive play scheme can do a lot with this offense.

I think he got better each year. I enjoy watching him play.

Honestly, I think it looks great with Fields or Williams. I'd rather trade the first pick though. Need more picks.
