Sorry about that guys. I thought I had a reminder set for the draft but apparently I didn't I think McCaffrey is normally the obvious pick here but I was second guessing myself. What's funny is that I had the 12th pick in the June draft and now I have the 1st pick. Both ends of the spectrum for me this year.

There are endless of examples of this but I think they have a hard enough job without threads like this. I think they do far more good than harm so I won’t be partaking in this.

Sisters or brothers? I had sisters as teachers 30 years ago and they haven’t been a thing in schools since then around here. When was the last time brothers were a thing in Catholic school? We had a few sisters and our priests. Our head priest was a great man. He shot things straight to us when we were young adults. He didn’t lay on the bs like most religious nut jobs do. I had a ton of respect for that man and he’s the only reason why I stick with the church as much as I do. Look, you can have your own belief system and I’m fine with that but don’t try and tell me I’m wrong. I’ve lived it and I’m still living it. I see the small percentage of real Catholics and the large percentage who are full of shite. I have examples that exist in just one small part of my family. Also, zero damage here. I’m just a realist. Nothing bad ever happened to me in school or at church. We never had any scandals or anything like that here. It’s a great community.

I’m guessing you have never lived in a small Catholic town before? We opted for private school over public. I don’t give a shite about religion. Going to a Catholic school does not make someone a religious drone.
