If it's strictly a business decision then I have no issue with it. Once our President gets involved then I have a huge problem with it. Trump is thin skinned and very petty so I wouldn't put it past him.

Are you positive? Unless the articles I've read were made up, it sounds like he did. It's also something Trump would do.

Why? Do you really want our President to have control over what talk shows can talk about? I don't like them but I think they have the right to do it. I also think companies have a right to fire employees for things they have said. It crosses the line when the President gets involved though.

The right has been nowhere near as bad as the left when it comes to this.

So what? Let their ratings dictate how their show does. How are they any worse than our so-called "news" networks? I don't care for them either and that's why I don't watch them. This is not something that had to be done and it's not something that should be done. Makes us look more like a communist country.

I know we'll be ok. I'm tired of it all though. I miss the days when we had hilarious movies and TV shows because people didn't freak out over what was said. We've lost a lot of what's made us great. The right has become so petty they are starting to become more like the left.

They've become so sick of the left that they just decided to join them. We're at the point of pettiness right now. We are not a serious country at the moment. Just a bunch of spoiled children.

The Karl Malone skits were hilarious! This is the type of comedy we are missing out on because of weak minded, soft, emotional people.

I believe in free speech and I also agree that our free speech has consequences, but, I'm sick of this crap. It pisses me off how controlling Trump is being with this. I hate how so many people get offended by just about everything now. People on the right use to stand up against this but now they've just joined the cancel party. At what point will people become rational and act like adults?

I don't think the far left or the far right can be reasoned with. That's the problem. The right instantly decided the shooter was a liberal and they went into full attack mode. They were wrong. Even Trump was dumb enough to do it.

I can agree with your point there. You would also have to hold all the other media networks accountable too. Fox, CNN, MSNC, talk show hosts... They all add to it.

If I were a black pilot, or any black professional, I would be upset with the DEI crap. All it's done is put doubt in the minds of the public. Now everyone is questioning whether you earned your position or not. That would bother me.

I don't have any issue with the race of a pilot. I'm just saying that I understand why people question it more now. DEI has put that doubt into people's heads. You use to be able to trust that the people hired were in their position because they were the best. Not as much now.

Not sure. The whole point is that DEI opens this all up to question now. That's the problem with it.
