While I do think that transgender people have some mental impairments, they are not responsible for as many shootings as some on here claim. Based on data from sources like Reuters, Washington Post, and Gun Violence Archive, transgender people are not disproportionately involved in mass shootings. Out of over 5,000 mass shootings since 2013, only a handful (around 5-6) involved transgender perpetrators, representing ~0.1% of cases, while they make up ~0.5-1% of the US population. The vast majority are cisgender men.

It use to be an inexpensive trip, unless you lost a lot gambling. A bundled flight and hotel could be a great deal. No one wants to spend a bunch of money while knowing they are probably going to lose more gambling on top of that.

While I don't ever want to see anyone burn our flag, I also don't want to lose our freedoms.

I thought it would be nice to have a dedicated thread on weather. We are getting into severe weather season and today is going to produce some pretty nasty stuff. The forecast has pretty much remained the same throughout the whole week for today which rarely happens. Schools are letting out early so people can be home safe before it hits. I have never seen this before in Iowa. Luckily I live close to my business so I can go home quick to take shelter if needed and I can get my employees there as well. Stay safe everyone.

I listen to a financial help podcast occasionally and the people looking for help are almost always the same. They have numerous tattoos, piercings, they smoke, have tried drugs and have at least one pet. The majority of these people do it to themselves.

There are a lot of factors. There's been a culture change. People are able to be lazier. People do not get enough exercise and they do not eat as healthy. Our food has changed. It's become more expensive to eat healthy now as well. Doing nothing and eating crap food is more convenient than it's ever been.

Apparently it is considered a sauce. I never though of it that way but it doesn't really matter. It's delicious.

I suppose I could've worded that better. When I make my own steak I never use any sauce, just mushrooms. If I'm at a steakhouse and they have sauces with the meal then I enjoy trying them. I can't remember the last time I've done that though. Relax.

Social media is fine for people with common sense. It's terrible for most other people.

If it wasn't being made such a big deal on social media, the majority of people wouldn't even know about it. I don't even know how it's a big story.

I've always been a big fan of a good t-bone steak.

I never use sauce with my steak but I always have mushrooms or some side with it. I do enjoy a good sauce with my steak occasionally though. I see no problem with using sauce.
