There is definitely truth to that and even more so with smaller businesses. This is the government though. How many of these jobs should never have existed in the first place?

Then good employees will prove themselves. Have you ever run a business? Have you had to deal with employees?

Then you quit and they replace you, or they find out you were not needed in the first place. I love seeing crappy employees expose themselves.

Loss of jobs happen every day. Not all jobs are needed. Those people will all continue to receive pay while they get a new job. No different than everyone else. What funding that was cut do you think needs to remain?

Let's just stop and use some common sense here. There are some things that can be done right away, like trimming the fat. Then there are other things that are a longer process, like lower prices. This isn't rocket science.

I have and it's been great. It's about time someone starts trimming the fat. This happens every day in the business world, why should federal employees be protected from it? You shouldn't be ok with wasteful spending of our tax dollars. You are the dumb one if you are ok with it.

Peenie, this is what the real world is. People lose their jobs all the time. Companies like John Deere laid off thousands of employees while Biden was President. Where was the outrage from the left? It is not a right to have certain jobs. If your job is not needed then it shouldn't exist. When a business is losing money it needs to make cuts and sometimes that means eliminating positions. This happens daily in the real world.

That's true. Going there after knowing what was going on is a terrible look.
