The parents have been here for over 10 years. They should have some friends that they can trust. Leave the child with them and go back to Mexico. Work on coming back to the US legally.

I didn't make any comments about the child. This all comes down to the parents being here illegally.

The parents are not US citizens though. Come and stay here legally if you don't want to be deported.

I agree. I felt the same way about people voting for Biden. How could anyone think that Biden and Trump were our best options? Here we are though.

The market should have zero effect on her right now. Unless someone was planning on taking that money out soon, it doesn't make much sense to worry too much about it. Currently... Inflation, gas and eggs are dropping in price. Everyone should be happy about that.

My hope is that we will be able to start somewhat fresh once Trump is done with his term. Our country was heading in a terrible direction. I really hope that we elect some competent candidates in the next election.

I don't have a fear of any long term ramifications with Canada. Trump will eventually be gone. If Canada needs us in a dire situation I trust that we will still support them. This is just business right now.

This isn't the first time they've dropped and it won't be the last. Take advantage of the sale prices and make some money.

I don't have any. It's something that is out of my control. I can understand why someone that is about to retire would be concerned, but for most people it's nothing to get too worked up about right now. The market is still very high compared to past years.

I don't foresee many US citizens suffering as a direct result of what Canada does.

Egg prices have dropped almost $3. Why isn't anyone mentioning that?

Canada provides about 1% of our country's electricity. For the few people who will be affected by this, what will the rate increase be? I had read that it would be about $8 on average. Canada will not be able to win this trade war. They need us far more than we need them.
