Not when you listen to everything he said. When you take it out of context, like the majority of people do, then it sounds very hateful. Most people who hate him have never listened to him other than the clips they see on social media without context. I myself have never liked him much and have always thought of him as a douche bag but I respected him. He was very smart and articulate. I was very impressed with his debating skills. The man never even went to college for it, he was just a natural.

He didn't though. Just because people didn't like what he had to say doesn't mean he spread hate. He debated with people and backed up his stance with stats and educated information. He allowed for open discussion. The problem was that others didn't want to hear it.

Kirk didn't really spread hate. People just hated what he had to say. He didn't really say hateful things, he said things people hated to hear. If that makes sense.

I keep seeing people use this to prove a point. It proves nothing. He could be wearing it because he though it was funny. This is all speculation. It's no better than blaming the left right away. Lets wait for some actual details.

It will come around eventually. As one generation grows up and goes through life they then raise their children to learn from their mistakes. As people see how this isn't working for us, changes will be made. The problem is that it's going to take a while.

It's because they have no other argument. They don't know how to make a change or don't see the real problem to begin with so they take the easy way out. Saying guns are the problem is taking the easy way.

I think everyone agrees our country has a huge problem with mental health. We haven't all been able to come up with a way to fix it though, or agree on a way. It needs to start at a young age though.

It would help if we changed how we vote. We keep voting in the wrong people. We have no real leadership.

I agree with you 100%. My wife is a teacher and I hear stories about it all the time. Kids have no idea how to deal with life anymore. They rarely have consequences for their actions. Like I said, we need a culture shift.

I'm guessing it's because they don't like being labeled. Not everyone you call a liberal is actually a liberal. Just because they don't agree with you doesn't make them a liberal.

We've always had guns. There was a time when we had fully automatic guns as well. What's changed is our culture. There was a time when people never even considered shooting up a school but now it's become a popular way for certain people to express their hate. Sometimes I wish I studied more about psychology in school. It has always interested me.
