The problem is that we are getting dangerously close to unreasonable restrictions.

The pearl-clutcher's don't have knowledge of guns. That's a huge part of the problem. The don't even understand the thing they want banned.

Explosives seem like common sense, right? Flame thrower? Also common sense. Another part of the problem are the conservatives who love to push that line with weapons. I get that it's fun, but come on.

Just leave the guns out of it and just focus on improving the quality of life for everyone.

There are some pretty obvious common sense laws. Assault rifles seem to be the most common type of weapon people want banned. The problem is, no one seems to be able to give an accurate description of what that is. If the people who want to ban certain guns could come up with something more specific, then maybe they would get somewhere. Assault rifle is not a category that works.

Discussions are had about mental health a lot but no one ever comes up with a legitimate solution and then everyone gets distracted by guns again and put mental health on the back burner. Stop worrying about guns and focus only on improving mental health and the quality of life for our citizens.

Because the government can and we don't need them. It is our right to own guns. People should leave that alone.

That's not the argument though. Guns have never been the problem, it's the people/culture. Banning guns is just a Band-Aid.

It's not dumb though. The gun banning argument is stupid.

Why would anyone say yes? Of course he shouldn't.

That's part of running a business properly. Layoffs happen and can be necessary.

I have not taken the red pill and I was never a liberal. I just can't stand the type of person that Trump is. I've been trying to tell you all this for years.

Do you think the same can be accomplished without the DOE and the amount of money that has been spent on it? Do you think it can be replaced by something more efficient?

Why would American be against making our government more efficient? I'm pretty sure everyone agrees that our government has been a mess and wastes a lot of money. I don't like Trump either but, come on, this just makes sense. Put the hatred aside.

They started doing school vouchers last year. Not a fan of them.

Normal adults are capable of doing that. Sadly, there seem to be a lack of normal adults.

There are a good number of them in our schools here. Mexicans are pretty strong Catholics so their children attend the Catholic schools. My daughter's best friend is Mexican and her parents do not speak English. I have no idea how they came to our country but they own their own home and seem like good people.

Part of me says pardon certain ones but the other part says fock em all.

Zero effect on my friends and family.
