Damnit! That’s the first word I thought of.

I haven’t run into those issues with my children yet so I can tell you from personal experience. I knew a few people similar to her when I was that age though. She could definitely use some counseling but is struggling to accept that. I think the most important thing you can do is make sure she knows you love her. She needs someone to rely on. She needs someone to confide in. While she’s old enough to take care of herself she’s still pretty young and may need help. Let her know you will try to help the best you can but she’s still going to have to figure shite out. Hopefully some of that helps but at the end of the day, it’s up to her.

I live in a small community and the town is jam packed with people right now. Soccer tournament and market going on. Businesses are full customers.

The economy is certainly not sucking here. Every place seems busy almost every day lately.
