It's been pretty quiet.

Illegal for them to buy one still. I'm not sure how it is in most states but it's pretty normal for a father to give their son a gun as a child if they hunt. I've had my own shotgun since I was like 8. I use to hunt in the back yard by myself after school with my 410 shotgun. High school kids use to have their shotgun hanging in the back window of their truck. That was a long time ago though.

That falls on the parents or guardians majority of the time. Still not the gun's fault.

It's like a fad. They think they are cool. There are more efficient ways to accomplish what they want to do. Remember, these people mentally unstable and THAT is the problem.

I'm not sure if he can find the same type of job and pay here but the cost of living would save him hundreds of thousands. Gun collecting is not a cheap hobby. I know a few that collect. I would like to own more but it's just not feasible for me. I have what I need right now.

I need to tail someone this year. I was horrible last year betting on football.

Other countries are doing this. They have thousands of fake accounts that post on social media to stir things up. Most of them are pretty obvious.

Living in rural Iowa surrounded by small towns, there are side by sides everywhere. When covid happened sales went crazy. People drop their kids off at school in them. Unless you're a farmer, I don't get how people have the money for them on top of their house they built, SUV and big truck. They have to have so much debt.

While Kensington is a disgusting hole I'm pretty sure Brazil is also a mess and pretty dangerous. When my brother-in-law was in the Navy he said Rio was the worst city their ship stopped at. Said it was a complete shite hole.

The biggest complaint I hear about college and NFL games being on Fridays is it conflicts with high school football. Whether it actually makes a difference or not, I don't know. I just know that's what I hear the most when the question gets asked.

I heard a report last week that oil prices were coming down because production was up due to fewer hurricanes affecting offshore rigs.

This one doesn't affect me but for a lot of people it messes up high school football. For me it gets in the way of college football. I'd rather have a Tuesday night game over a Friday night game. I'm all for more football so it doesn't bother me.

The football on Friday is the only thing I find really dumb. I kinda like the games in other countries.

Last time I looked a good side by side was $30,000. Used ones were $15k-$20k. I think they've come down more now. There's really not a whole lot to a gun so there really isn't a reason for them to be more expensive, unless you think they should be taxed more. I remember when I could buy a Marlin .22 at our local store for about $120. Now I think they are like $180. Still very affordable. The cost of ammo can really add up for a gun enthusiast though.

It is but it's most likely because they think they are cool. They could do the same thing with many other guns and that's why it doesn't matter. From what I have read, this kid's parents were divorced. The mother is a druggy. The FBI already knew about him being a threat. This checks off everything on the list of a focked up child who wants to hurt others.

I think it's funny that an ATV is more expensive than a car. I also think it's funny that a car can be more expensive than a house.

Gray was investigated by police over threats to carry out a similar attack last year, the FBI said in a statement on Wednesday. Are you suggesting that banning the AR-15 style of gun would eliminate school shootings?

It's not something I worry about daily but when it happens at another school I can't help but think about it. Last year in my wife's school they found out a student had a hit list.

I can't help but get bothered by this stuff. With both of my kids in school and my wife teaching, it scares me. It can happen anywhere.
