People like different things. I would never waste my time going to one. For some people it's a big deal seeing the President or a candidate. Some are fans and some are die hard political freak shows.

Most people have vacation and personal days. I'm sure there is a good amount of retired people that go as well.

Pretty sure I had a few undiagnosed concussions playing football in high school but I never had a real injury until co-ed softball league when I messed up my MCL and meniscus.
