Maybe the media was advised to move along. There was definitely something fishy going on. We all saw the video of people and police watching the shooter on the roof. They were all aware with plenty of time to stop it from happening. It doesn't even take much common sense to know you need to get Trump off that stage instantly.

Sorry, I misunderstood. I took that as you saying we should have been worried about his ear. I am 100% in agreement with you on the assassination attempt and the seriousness of it though. It's a big deal regardless if people like him or not.

It's all relevant. It show's the hypocrisy of many Trump followers. Why would anyone have been worried about his ear? We saw it as soon as he was shot. We say it again a couple days later. He barely had any damage to it. Have had worse wounds while fishing. The event itself was a very big deal though, I'm not downplaying that at all.

I don't remember hearing complaints about The Wire. What were people upset with? That it portrayed the black community in a negative way?

I agree, it was a huge deal. I still think it's a huge deal and I think there is a lot more to it than we know. The injury was next to nothing though. I'm not one of "you" people here.

The attempt on his life was a big deal. The injury was not a big deal. He's probably been injured worse while golfing. I find it more offensive when people say Trump was saved by God. That's a slap in the face to the family of the man who was actually killed.

I bet it would've been made a bigger deal if he had a serious injury. Getting grazed on the ear made people forget pretty quick.

I already said on here that I've read it in articles. Numerous different sites saying that Trump wants to put a 10% tariff on all imports and they discuss what the repercussions will be. They fail to provide an actual quote from him though. This is the only thing I can find where Trump discusses it after being asked during a debate.
