I don't think this is as simple as some are making it out to be. This isn't like other stories where a male decides they want to transition to a woman and perform in female sports. This person was registered as a female at birth because of her genitalia and was raised as a female her whole life. She is more like a male in every other aspect though.

DSD are a group of rare conditions involving genes, hormones and reproductive organs. Some people with DSDs are raised as female but have XY sex chromosomes and blood testosterone levels in the male range.

This is a really interesting case because she has XY chromosomes but was born with female body parts. She clearly has an advantage in the sport of women's boxing which makes me think she shouldn't be allowed to fight, especially in the Olympics.
