Totally agree Trump should not have said day 1. That being said it is going to take much longer than 3 weeks to fix the inflation mess that was inherited from the last administration.

Biden was not running the country for at least 2 years. Even WH staffers said they limited Biden`s camera time as much as possible. They would not even let Biden do the live Superbowl interviews anymore. Right now, Trump in 3 weeks has been more accessible than Biden was his last 2 years. In reality that probably hurts him. If Trump just hid like Biden, it would benefit him, but he never will.

If was not the GOP or Dem voters who decided this election. It was the independent voters who swung to Trump. The GOP voters like the Dem voters would have voted for any candidate their party chose. The middle vote is the vote that was up for grabs. There are suckers for sure, but unfortunately, they are running the DNC.
