Dude is talking about recorded weather history. That's about since the 1850s or so. About 175 years of the 4.5 billion year old Earth. Even if you were to go back a couple hundred more years that's not even a drop in the bucket of history. And in 1980 these same sky screamers were complaining about global cooling.
