In my fantasy draft this year I got into a back and forth with one of my friends about who was better Keenan Allen or Mike Evans. I was on the Allen side but he made some decent points about Evans. So I looked it up and Evans is poised to be in the top 5 all time if he stays healthy and wants to play another 4-5 years or so. Even with the inflated stats, that's no small feat.

The thread is "net worth". I made the mistake of talking about it. Anyway. All my shares of ACN were discounted when I bought. And I'll assess moving forward now that I resigned. But that's my next challenge. Figuring out what I expect and want next. I started buying into that stock back when it was $20 in 2003 I think.

What state? I have a brother who he and his transitioned from their house to mobile home living some years ago. They had a home in Illinois and in the summers would take their mobile home up to Minnesota for hunting and stuff. They finally sold their home and mobiled it out to California and settled there.

It costs me less in rent than property taxes in the homes around where I live. Also, Why do I want to over the years spend on lawn mowers that I don't want to use, gutters that I don't want to clean, windows that I don't want to buy, driveways that I don't want to replace, furnaces that I don't want to be concerned with, mold that I don't wamt to deal with, carpets that I don't want to replace harwood floors that I don't want to refinish, etc. It's FINE if you want to, I don't care what you want for yourself. Me? I wamt to spend my time with my girlfriend being able to travel around, living not tied down to one place, enjoying the money from our investments. Believe me, we talked many times about owning, an we could buy outright even in the area we live which $500,000 only buys you a fixer upper, but we always come to the same conclusion, we love our flexibility and are set for life with this lifestyle. She will be able to retire at 50 if she wants.

True. I did think of that after the fact.

Wrong. I said OVER $90,000. If I said the truth, you would all just deny it and whine, "No you didn't". Plus I haven't done my taxes yet and have assessed everything to this point so I was conservative. Anyway, you said you had $400,000 in your house. I have more than that in ACN alone. And much more than that in my 401k. Plus I have a third of your house's equity in my spending account that earns a simple 4.5%. But that money I move around depending on various factors.
