I was speaking to his defensiveness, nothing else. When people attack me for my correct choices in life, You can see they are insecure. It has nothing to do with home ownership. You seem defensive as well. Not sure why you need to make some grand point about my wealth and lifestyle. I said in that other thread you mentioned that I don't put homeowners down. You can see it for yourself. But the attacks I got against me tells me some of you are suffering and trying hard to justify your investments. I care what I do and I'm secure with it. And it's proving out as a quality approach. It's a few of the homeowners on this site that are getting riled up. And I don't know why but I suspect it's because they are insecure with the financial choices they have made in life.

Let me ask you a question. If you were in a movie and were handed a gun to shoot at someone, would you not check to see if it was loaded with a live round? I remember specifically pointing out that I wasn't putting down home ownership if that's what you want. I really don't understand why you all care about my approach to my retirement years. I'm fully capable of managing it in a way that suits my lifestyle.

I don't need to leave anything behind. I raised my kid to be successful in life and she is. If she struggled with life I would think differently maybe. But in her 20s, she's set up to be not needing my money and to be proud of herself for her own achievements and to be able live how she wishes. I can't imagine using up all my money, so she will get some of it most likely, but it's good to know she doesn't need it.

Show me where I ever said anything bad about someone who wants to buy a home. I simply got attacked for my choice of living. And I backed up my decisions. It has nothing to do with what you all want. That is what the haters want to focus on. That I'm wrong. Yet, I am living the dream for me.

Of course it's climate change, because that's what the climate has been doing since the beginning of the Earth. They tried the scary terms "Global Cooling" in the 70s, then "Global Warming" in the 2010s, then since both of those failed they went generic fear tactic with "Climate Change ". If the climate didn't change for 10 years or so, that would be worrisome.

It's all B.S. They weather has been as up and down as it always has. In the 80s I ljved in true up and down weather areas in Illinois, Winnipeg, and Connecticut and in Boston. Nothing is different today. Some mild winters, some heavy winters. Some very hot summers, some not so much.
