I have no clue what his intentions were in the beginning. As much as people hate him, did he really start out with that as a thing to rip people off, or were things just set up poorly with the wrong people in charge of the various areas? He may simply have bought into someone elses bad idea. I realise it was a money making business, as most businesses aim to make money, but I can't jump on the train that he intentionally tried to rip people off. He just focked up and paid his dues.
