I asked you previously if she tested as XX - you couldn't answer. You just said she has a vagina so that made her a woman which, of course, would be a normal assumption in 99.9% of cases. However, she is not a normal case so what I'm telling you is that she will need to test for XX to determine if she TRULY is a woman. Sounds like she was born with XY chromosomes but with woman parts. If she does, indeed, have XY then she's biologically a male. It also sounds like she was previously tested and she did pop for XY chromosomes which eliminated her from previous competitions.

There is no case. She will have to submit herself to genetic testing if she sees this through.
