I used to NOT tip only on the worst of service. I've completely changed now with "tipping" culture out of control. Now I'm only tipping for the very best of service. This is getting ridiculous. Employers need to pay their employees better. I refuse to accept any blame or feel guilty for this situation. This is entirely on the employers that don't pay a decent wage.
