The ACLU is full of sh#t and it's a made up argument to try and prove her innocence. ICE did not interfere with her courtroom at all. I mean, they could just say "Well, ICE has an office 30 miles away and knowing that it interferes with courtroom proceedings because the defendant is worried about it with them being so close.".
