This is clearly a violation of the First Amendment and will be dealt with as such by SCOTUS if it ever gets codified into Colorado law. This is no different than calling someone a "racist" or "nazi" or "homophobe". Are we going to codify those as well? And all other terms anyone feels is derogatory to them? No way this stands.

But again, you're missing the point. It doesn't matter if other teams have tried it once. That doesn't mean everyone is doing it all the time like the eagles are. If we're going to allow offensive players to push or pull a player into the end zone then we should allow the defense to do the same for defensive purposes.
