Pentagon unveils new ‘clean shaven’ grooming standards
Sean Mooney replied to edjr's topic in The Geek Club
Stupid.... -
The Kirk murder will affect both political sides- it will be used to demonize the left and trans people further. But on the far right it will lead to deeper distrust of government and more money for the grifters.

HT is another clown show here. Flip him and MO onto ignore or just scroll past them. Besides it's funny to watch them try desperately to get you engage with them when you have no intention of doing so. -
The bolded part is the most important thing and it's why hero worship of politicians, and all the fighting over them is idiotic.

I think you guys might have head injuries. In 2003 there wasn't a divide between the two sides? Okay. Furthermore, all I did was point out the actual scenario where canceling was accused because the dipsh!t had the wrong time. Then he asked for an example and I gave him a clear example of a corporate company banning their stations from playing the music. That didn't count because they didn't have holes in their necks from a rifle. That's an insane argument being presented back to me when I was literally just providing info. -
Packers submit proposal to ban "tush push"

I have played plenty of football in my life. I know quite a bit about it. You are adding tons of things to the discussion that have nothing to do with anything related to this- especially when I agreed the offensive line is offsides. And if the interior OL is getting a "split second" head start- that's a false start. So maybe it is you who knows nothing about football. The larger point is- the one thing you could possible argue is that by the center being able to line up ahead of the ball it gives them a little extra leverage pushing forward. But even that can be negated depending on how strong the push is the defensive line gets. -
The bill was written in 2013 and had floors built into it so if the price stayed above a certain floor it would go up. That triggered in 2023 . But again- it was written in a way so it baked into transportation infrastructure....so you could get rid of it but it would require figuring out how to gain back- on average- 65 cents a gallon on gas/diesel.
-
I don't disagree. I mentioned before here about PA and how their gas prices are high because Republicans raised gas taxes years ago and then baked those taxes into funding formulas so it was impossible to repeal them without messing up funding for other things. I was told it was ONLY Biden's policies doing it. It's almost as if a lot of people here who devote themselves to politics talk don't understand anything other than what all the screamers on television tell them to think

Packers submit proposal to ban "tush push"

The play's success doesn't hinge on 4 inches. The play;'s success is more based on the rule change 20 years ago to allow people to push the ball carrier forward. Until you get rid of that the play will succeed far more than it fails. Weird post from you. -

It's amusing at this point that he is now arguing me about a point I never made. I was literally just trying to fill in a blank for him considering he got the event wrong. -

You are being intentionally dopey right? You asked for specific examples and tried to winnow it into one particular thing even when shown that yes- there were areas they were "cancelled" according to the definitions that I've been told many times here by posters. -
Supply and demand doesn't exist. I was told that numerous times as it related to oil and gas prices by many here (don't specifically remember TBay spouting that however)

The new thing is grumbling about the line being offside- which they are... But I fail to see how a few extra inches will prevent them from getting the first down. -

So let's recap....you were given an example, cited the wrong incident. I corrected it. You asked for evidence so I gave it to you- including work to actually ban their music from stations....and your "counter" is they killed Charlie Kirk. I mean, you picked up the goalposts, walked a thousand miles with them, and then set them back down.... -
He has been at this for months with no evidence. Now that Kirk was killed he is just attaching that name to it to create interest again. It's almost assuredly a nothingburger yet again from him. but it works in the news because he threw that organization name in there and people are clicking it

I'm just stating what the poster was referring to when they said what they did. But the story goes: - Lead singer Natalie Maines made a comment about being ashamed the President was from Texas and they didn't support the war. She did this in London. - After that, the song they had on radio at the time (a pretty good cover of Fleetwood Mac's "Landslide" went from 10 to 43 and off the chart a week later. Stations just stopped playing it. - 42 radio stations run by Cumulus Media were not allowed to play music by the Dixie Chicks per a company edict. 2 DJs who played their music at a Colorado station were suspended. An Alabama radio station dropped all Dixie Chicks songs after fielding complaints all day long. - Louisana protestors destroyed Dixie Chicks CDs and merchandise. A Kansas City station put trash cans outside their offices and encouraged people to throw away Dixie Chicks stuff. - Lipton cancelled a contract with them - To all of this George Bush said: Contrast that with the BS that Trump spewed. - As late as 2006 radio stations were still refusing to play Dixie Chicks songs. And the Chicks basically had to leave country music behind. -

There are real issues in the world and they are wasting time with this. But I guess people are still stupid enough to believe the litter boxes lie over and over and over. -

Schools don't have litter boxes. That is a dumb fake story that has been around for 4 years because it helps push a fake culture war that people with a brain the size of a gnat buy into

Do you actually watch this happen? What a pervert
