No I said what the number was for the entire state of California so you said "Well her school was 85% pass rate" which was also false...I told you 73% of her class passed but that doesn't change the percentage rate for the state. You could stop now and save some face.

I've said a number of times there are plenty of things to attack Kamala Harris over but you- and people like you- keep picking the stupid things. Like when you said dumb like "She ain't black" or when people say "She isn't smart or educated." Those aren't criticisms of her ability- they are attacks of her as a black woman

It's a little silly to me to keep railing at the "DEI hire" at Kamala. Biden stupidly said what he did and that undercut the qualifications and everything Kamala had achieved in her years of public service. But she was still the most qualified probably of the finalists at the time. Furthermore, all VP picks are strategic in some way meaning they are picked not necessarily based on qualifications but on what they give to the candidate. JD Vance has been a senator for 18 months- nobody is railing about his qualifications for that job. But he kisses the ring nicely and has a chance to extend the MAGA reign for another 8 years beyond Trump based on his age. Mike Pence smoothed the edges around Trump in 2016 and appealed to people worried about Trump's abilities. Biden was there as a steady veteran presence to the relatively young and politically inexperienced Obama. Cheney was there to be the forceful hand guiding W in 2000. There is a stronger case about Ketani Jackson being a DEI hire than Kamala.

Pass rate in 1989 for California was 59.5% according to abovethelaw.com. So you will have to show where you are getting numbers from. EDIT- let me amend a little. The LA Times says in 1989: So 1/3 of the people taking it for the first time failed. The Hastings numbers are like 73%..so a quarter of them failed.

17 years of accomplishments doesn't get wiped away because someone said "Hey you're a woman and black. You're my VP." She landed the final gig for the wrong reasons potentially but she was more qualified than many others who were in the same spot. It comes down to the old adage of "Maybe the right conclusion but the wrong rationale to get there.

I think there is an even money chance he doesn't. He will say "We prepared for Biden and the Dems are trying to steal this election with a last second switch." I will say though I don't think it's a given she crushes him. She struggled with Pence at times and while she was better it wasn't in an overwhelming manner. Also Tulsi Gabbard did a pretty solid job against her when she was still angling for the VP slot. Kamala's biggest strength could be as a prosecutor pushing the record on Trump. However, she needs to come of less shrewish than Hillary did in 2016- and I'm not sold she can do that fully.

Again- if you want to claim she is a VP DEI hire....sure I guess. Biden made a stupid comment about it all and it changed the narrative around her qualifications unfairly to her. But again- she moved up through the system for 17 years being elected and building qualifications to a variety of positions. So at least be accurate and paint the last thing what it is and don't diminish what she accomplished before all of that.
