I read it too. I read what Beau Biden said in making the deal. I read the details of the case. You seem to think the case was 100% cut and dry and they were definitely going to win. I'm asking- what information you have that proves that. It's a simple request. It isn't saying the guy was right for doing it. It isn't saying the deal was right (but of course I don't know details of what the argument would be). It isn't excusing child rape or whatever else you want it to be doing.
