Yes- NBA.com gave a rosy faulty view of the numbers. you bought them hook, line, and sinker and posted them here. I showed the real numbers and you are getting pissy about it.

I don't necessarily think the Dems should listen to AOC on policy but I do think they should listen to her on how to get message out there. If they were smart they would've turned to her and Hogg and said "How do we reach younger people?" Instead they ran Hogg off and try to continually ignore AOC.

On the Medicaid stuff- if it was truly just going to hurt people milking the system you'd see no pushback. But it will hurt the older people who rely on Medicaid- or the people who legitimately need Medicaid for a variety of reasons. Maybe not directly from the bill but indirectly in that once you see funding stop to one area the system will have to make it up or stretch dollars further which will lead to lesser deals with doctors which will lead to lesser care and lesser coverage. Things don't happen in vacuums- they snowball.

And that is why Dems continue to lose. Because they won't look at the overall message they are sending to the public. They need to focus on the kitchen table issues and have their own plans they can articulate to the general public. If you want to run LGBTQ friendly policies or immigration friendly policies don't frontline them. Trojan horse them into existence like the GOP is doing with a bunch of the nonsense they are doing with this BBB
