But hey- chase it down and when it goes nowhere move on to the next conspiracy theory. Or if by chance Obama did lead a coup- which all evidence to this point shows he didn't- then throw him in jail But my question for the people buying into this is simply this (and see if you can respond without yelling "liberal", "Biden, " "Obama," or some other such diversionary tactic. Why is this a thing for Trump to do? Even if they tried to work against him- he won in 2016. He won again in 2024. Twice he embarrassed the Democrat candidate crushing the idea of a female (liberal) President for the time being. This most recent time he has left the Democrat party is complete disarray. He is carrying out what he wants to do from an administrative perspective and is reshaping the country in the image he wants for at least the next 3 years. Why is he spending time on this at this point? It does nothing for him and it would be so much better for him to just be the leader he purports himself to be. There is absolutely no need to be on this side street that does not help the working man one little bit.

I highly doubt there is anything salacious on the list. There are a bunch of gross people who should be shot because they were looking to do stuff with underaged girls (allegedly) but I doubt the names are anything that would grab real headlines (big celebrities, politicians, etc). But there are a bunch of idiot adults who have spent a lot of their adult life convinced this is some big conspiracy with Democrats- primarily- trying to bang kids. Trump put a bunch of those people into positions of power and in the lead up to the 2024 election empowered a bunch of those weird people because he said "We are going to release the files." which excited them. Trump had no intention of doing it because it is a nothing burger (or worst case scenario hurts a lot of Republicans) so he is trying to ignore it. Now those people are mad at Trump because he is telling them to look at anything else. Democrats are trying to push for a release because it seems like a point where Republicans are ready to turn on Trump but they won't turn in the end, and driving far down this road doesn't solve any real issues that the Democrats will still have. I doubt like hell Benny Johnson or other stooges on the right are all of a sudden going to vote for Pete Buttigeg because Trump didn't release the Epstein Files. Furthermore, I'm sure the MAGA mooks and the far right will just eventually swallow whatever Trump tells them too and this will pass. As it is now- it's a stupid distraction and a conspiracy where there never was one.
