Off presidential year elections are all about canary in the coal mine looks at where to spend money in future elections for both parties. No different than a strategic move of pulling Stefanik's nomination to try and keep a House seat in New York. I do think Florida is probably a lost cause for Democrats..but the Wisconsin Supreme Court win should give them some hope.

Wait- are we saying Star Wars isn't predominantly white? At least until the Disney trilogy? -

I'm sure the takes on this new Waltz story will be fair and balanced -

CHILLING: Columbia grads shred diplomas over Mahmoud Khalil arrest: 'We are enraged'

These people are stupid....why do they effect you? The closest the OP ever got to Columbia University was watching Ghostbusters. -

It's telling because no matter how much people are supposed to believe this antagonistic relationship...it is far chummier than portrayed. -

I said this the other day but the belief is that they were looking to add someone in the administration with the initials J.G. and accidentally added Goldberg. Not sure if it just shows JG. If the person just clicked the wrong one. Either way- it should be telling that Waltz's Signal has Goldberg in it to be accessed. -
Trump is insane-ish.....but this thread and video is not the best way to go about making that argument.

It's a dumb thing to get upset over or even bring notice too. Why does anyone care if he hugged the cast or not?

Transgender runner blows out competition, he sets season records in girls' races at Oregon high school track meet π
Sean Mooney replied to Maximum Overkill's topic in The Geek Club
No it doesn't mean that. Again- I'm objecting to you saying anyone with daughters should see this as a major issue and then when they bring up something else they see as a major issue for women you just want to blow that off. Again- I never said transgenders competing in women's sports is not an issue and should be ignored. But I don't think it is the biggest issue facing my daughters right now....unless are you going to argue again about this being an existential crisis? -

To the discussion @Fnord and @EternalShinyAndChrome are having...they do have clubs in schools (both middle school and high school primarily) that are Christian based and they occur before or after school. I'm a practicing Christian and both my daughters go to church with my wife and I every Sunday so I wouldn't personally have a problem with Jesus time Story Hour at school, but I would whole-heartedly defend the right of someone who did not want their kid to be a part of it. Just cause something works for me does not mean it works for someone else and vice versa. I guess my thing would be what do we mean by indoctrinating kids on LGBTQ stuff? I mean it's not like there are assemblies happening regularly where we are promoting LGBTQ people. Most of anything in a school is more towards the teachers and how we are to provide a safe space for students in that bucket. Which should be the role of any teacher for any student. There is entirely too much fearmongering from politicians- on both sides- on the issue here and it leads to unproductive discussions. -

Please find the exact quote where I said I don't care about this issue until we do other things.....I'll hang up and wait. And for the record- here is my initial post in this thread- when you were asking I'd like to hear from someone from daughters who doesn't think this is a big issue. -

I mean considering the rest of the people in this room- I am the smart one. I know- you don't like to read- you've made that clear already a few times here. Not my fault you want to accuse me of doing things you do. -

I know- reading and thought are tough for you. you do know this statement: "And that doesn't even speak to the problems with people who vote Democrat right now".....is basically saying and man if you think Democrats are any better. -

So when things are bad in reporting they are lying but when they are good they are overwhelmingly good. You are such a dumbass shill. You aren't even a bootlicker. You are an ass-sucker hoping desperately to suck a log right out of Trump's rectum. -

My favorite comment from him was Kamala would show she is presidential by admitting where she has made mistakes. I asked when Trump would do that and his response was "When the press asks him on it he will have that opportunity." -

Sean Mooney replied to Ron_Artest's topic in The Geek Club
Well you see it's refreshing we have a President and group now that would not lie to us....except for Trump not knowing what is happening and then refusing to fire anyone when he was finally clued in by his nursemaid....and except for Hegseth denying there were war plans in the chat and then walking away from reporters when questioned on it.....and except for the other people in the chat group who were deceptive in the hearing the other day....and except for Waltz who ran down Goldberg every which way as he said "This is on me...." but then also said "I've never met the guy..." and then pictures came out that he did... But yes- if we ignore all of those things- this is a cabinet owning their mistakes and being transparent in every way. -

Pretty nice of FOX News and Bret Baier to do a complete puff piece on Musk last night. Shame with Baier because he is usually much better than that. Also notable is that Amy Gleason was nowhere to be found in the interview. And Musk saying "We want to measure twice or thrice and cut once..." was the height of comedy seeing as how they've conducted themselves so far. But hey- roughly half of the voting populace has decided we are okay with rich people lying to us as long as they make us believe it is for the greater good. And that doesn't even speak to the problems with people who vote Democrat right now
