This is you telling jokes right? Also, important to note- of the past 4 Presidents- 3 entered the White House in or around a recession or economic downturn of some kind. The only one who didn't was Donald Trump. So he was handed a solid economy and partially because of COVID, partially because of his spending like crazy, and partially his own policies that boosted inflation warning signals he handed a less than stellar one to Biden.
-
But you argued he didn't do anything to exacerbate it which is just not true.....so a flat out partisan lie from you. Unless you want to retract it now?
-
Yes we know your thoughts on inflation....and I agreed with things Biden did that didn't help. But you absolved Trump of stuff which will spin that cycle. All of this comes back to you not wanting to hold Republicans feet to the flame for anything.

HT with a dumb take? Surely you jest! -
I acknowledge what I always have....people vote with their feelings on a variety of issues. I don't pick and choose when they can and cannot.
-
You tried this tactic before and I pointed out that plenty here think people shouldn't vote on this issue because racism isn't there anymore. It's a simple question- are you okay with people voting on their feelings on this issue of the economy? If you are okay with people voting for their feelings- then that should apply across the board.
-
Yeah check out the boxing thread where someone posted what has been described as an "alleged report" which has yet to be corroborated by a medical board of any kind and used that to try and dunk on people who said "Well if it is true that a doctor was less than forthcoming about information as one article mentioned" they should have their medical license revoked." It was also rightly pointed out that had nothing come out the people who were yelling about this in August would not be in the thread admitting they were wrong.

The Truthful State of the Election: Landslide confirmed...310 plus EV for Trump!

He isn't that convinced it will be a landslide -
One thing I read seemed to indicate that records or an exam did not transfer from one area to another.

He works for ESPN- of course he is going to apologize for using the term even though I haven't really heard any criticism of him for saying the word. -
I outright said I didn't anticipate a doctor would lie on a medical exam. I also waited until there was some evidence in the manner instead of "JUST LOOK AT EM...I KNOW!!" It still appears too that this is a dog wagging tail revelation as everything sources the same article and the person who it originates from has some questionable biases. We will see when a more legit source picks it up after some vetting. Lastly, you aren't denying what I'm saying your reaction would be had no story come out.

Interesting. That report came out after what I shared. Would be interesting to hear the judge's rationale on it. -
Details are still pretty spotty on this right now. And again- we know you wouldn't be in this thread trying to admit you were wrong...GTFO

Right....these guys say a bunch of things in the moment and then drift away and then never admit they were wrong. I'm at least here commenting on a story where I may have been wrong.

from Philly courtroom — Musk lawyer says his $1m giveaway is NOT a lottery. "There is no prize to be won" and winners "are not chosen at random," Musk lawyer Chris Gober said. Instead, the $1m is a salary they "earn" to be a spokesperson for Musk's pro-Trump super PAC. Winners are picked based on their "suitability to serve" and their personal story, Gober said. In response, Philly DA team called this a "complete admission of liability" that Musk is running an illegal lottery under PA law. Remember: When Musk announced the giveaway.... in PA nonetheless.... he said, "we are going to be awarding $1 million randomly." DA showed this in court to the judge. Gober argued there's a difference between "randomly" and "by chance," which is why he argued that this isn't an illegal lottery under PA gaming laws. -
Kind of like being a moron and saying someone is okay with violence against a woman. You aren't a serious person and are just being an azzhole. Also- if a report never comes out that a doctor faked a medical exam I'd wager you wouldn't be here saying "Well I was wrong...."
-
So you agree that people are okay to vote on their feelz on other issues even if it flies against reality?
-
Look if a doctor lied on a medical exam report no one would've predicted that was the outcome. And that doctor should have their medical license revoked if they knowingly hid results. And of course it's not cool for men to beat up women. That is an idiotic logical jump to make. It's fair to point out all we have right now is a "leaked report" which has led arguments astray already a few times in the past month or so. Also, Piers Morgan wrote a nice essay on this and including this paragraph:

He can't read....good effort though. -
So he will win 6 swing states AND flip one of Virginia, New Hampshire, or Minnesota
-
I mean did it never come up? Did they just watch video and not visit in person?
-
So you aren't really thinking Trump will sweep all 7 swing states and 1 of Virginia, New Hampshire, Minnesota? Also, how would we bet against one another? We both think Trump will win. "I'll bet you Trump wins" "Oh yeah, well- I'll bet YOU Trump wins"
-
The scholarship thing is weird to me. It just feels like that was done to avoid a lawsuit and they've worked themselves into a corner.
