I think we've established here that the economy is better off than what people think. As I've said numerous times when I've shared polling thoughts on the economy and actual data about the economy- the perception of people is different than the reality of the situation....but people are willing to vote on their perceptions and apparently that's okay now to vote on the FEELZ! So be it.

It looks like we hit the soft landing where we see easing inflation without a recession. Inflation is pretty close to the Federal Reserve target of 2% and the GDP grew 2.8% in the 3rd quarter.

Rogan was great on Newsradio back in the 90's and was good as the host of Fear Factor. Dude was a pretty solid standup comic as well. For Kamala Harris- she probably should have done the interview with him but I do understand to some degree why maybe they thought it was a bad idea for them. Like- I don't know if she would've changed any minds on there- I can't imagine there were a lot of people who would've listened and changed a vote- either for or against her. Basically I think most people already know who they are voting for. Additionally- being as what the audience is for Rogan's podcast and knowing how he pushes people at times I could see a scenario where she pushed back hard or got into the a "Let me finish....No let me finish debate" and it turning off the male audience because "How dare this woman not know her place!" Still though- I would've advised her to do it and made the case that even if it ends up net neutral to the voting numbers it's still a win for us. But I've also already established I think her campaign manager and team are a bunch of bumbling idiots.

Exactly- lots of people pull he lever/push the button/whatever for tons of stupid reasons. This would just fall into the same category.

Also people- stop buying everything from Twitter as legit- whichever side you are on. A person with 250K followers on Twitter isn't someone to automatically believe just because they politically align with you. They are just trying to up their engagement numbers spouting bullsh!t.

Trump will win but because of slow counting procedures and automatic recounts and all that I would assume we won't know we actually won until maybe Wednesday at the earliest.

I would also agree someone is wrong if they think their taxes weren't cut- even though there are factors in it all By your chart the 10% threshold was raised 21.78%. The 25% bracket (now 22%) was raised 21.83%. The 39.6% bracket (now 37%) was raised 42.80%.

Yes. MAGA is easily taken in by catchphrases and the personality of Trump. He does just enough to keep them worshipping him while being a net negative overall. But they don't care because he "owns the libs"

Even a wide scale deportation like Trump is promising would cost well into the billions of dollars. I've seen as low as 88 billion and as high as 315 billion depending on the scope of everything. There is also this about deportation: Look I understand the illegal immigration issues that are posed here but I think it is too simplistic to just say we are sending them all back and not understand it will adversely affect the economy in a bunch of ways. Deporting illegal immigrants needs to be targeted and financially sound in order to happen.

Also, the Texans are down to their 3rd and 4th string receivers to start.

Illegal immigration is a problem and I'm 100% sure a rich white guy who has benefitted from utilizing illegal immigration his entire business life is going to be the man to turn that counter all the way back to zero.
