I've read the report. Not only did Biden have them offsite he directed his staff to make copies of all his note cards that had classified info on them when he knew he wasn't going to be allowed to take them. Top secret documents were stored insecure in about 5 different locations. The third piece, that I can't remember exactly, besides the note cards and notbooks was a folder on plans for Afghanistan.
