Nah. The spread figures the winning team running out the clock on the final drive, not running up the score. That play could have just as easily been at the 50 as the 2 yard line. Teams have been keeping the ball instead of scoring to run out the clock for over a decade now, ever since Bilicheck let the Giants score in the Superbowl. The reason KC didnt cover the spread is Zack Wilson playing like Aaron Rodgers in the 3rd quarter.
