Actually, the case against her was technically rock solid. She held classified material (some at TS level) on an improperly secured server which was known to have been hacked and spilled into the hands of the enemy. She was not president and thus did not have ownership of those records as Trump would have under the Presidential records act. The only case she would have is that most of the material she had was under her classification authority and she could have declassified the material. But unlike the President, the method she would have to declassify material is clearly defined. A regular government employee would have been fired on the spot and prosecuted for such a breech. As an appointed employee she could have been prosecuted, but was not only due to discretion of the prosecutor. She clearly broke the law and does not have the legal cover the President would have.

Michelle Obama would have won easily with Barry keeping her campaign on a winning message.
