Who here still supports Jan 6 attack?

So you're cool with the FBI ceasing to be. Your preferences would land us in a Lord of the Flies-esque hellscape, with zero accountability for individual crimes other than vigilante justice. Or maybe you're one of those twisted fuks that gets off on the thought of real life being closer to Mad Max or the Walking Dead. You sound like a simpleton anarchist that stopped all their psyche meds cold turkey.
  2. Thanks. I agree that Trump’s words alone on J6 are absolutely not enough to show intent. That's why I wanna know who he was talking to, and who his people were in contact with, in the days leading up to it. If prosecution can't prove intent, then so be it.
  3. You believe that neither Trump nor any of his advisors or other colorful folks in his coterie like Roger Stone and the rest of the "Willard War Room" crowd had any contact with or knowledge of the plans of the seditionists?
  4. You're reaching pretty hard here. Did you know that you're about the umpteenth guy here that has made grossly incorrect assumptions about me? I bring some of that on myself of course, but y'all LOVE to make sweeping general statements like the bolded with nothing but your assumptions to back it up. I believe literally NONE of that tripe. I get it, ya gotta make sure that those calling out Fuhrer Trump are the enemy and they hate you, or else you may have to reckon with exactly how wrong you've been this whole time. When I refer to MAGAMOOKS, I'm talking about the hardcore sycophants. The ones that would vote for him no matter what. You must have missed my post last week about talking politics with a bunch of biker Republicans and how insightful and enjoyable it was. Keep your narrow labels off me. If you wanna know what I think, ask. Your assumptions will be wrong. The stark proof is above.

Civil War - Movie by Alex Garland

I haven't seen it, but the normal reviewers (i.e. not Breitbart) have all said it's not a political film at all. MAGA always so sensitive...

I'll file these suggestions under "reasons I'm thankful that Whataboutadour is not in charge of the FBI."
  7. Tell me more about how dumb I am while you prattle on about another websites owner making a business decision years ago, and then unironically placing blame for the incident based only on your own highly partisan opinion instead of the words of the guy who actually did it. You are probably a genius and I'm just too dumb to see it.
  8. I said what MY choice would be. I do not deliver consequential speeches over an hour in length and only choose to be under their influence recreationally, not while performing responsibilities related to my employment.
  9. Do you believe that Donald Trump had absolutely no ulterior motives for that gathering? That he truly meant for it to be a simple peaceful protest? That he carried absolutely NO responsibility for the acts that were subsequently carried out by supporters that have testified to believing they were doing his bidding?
  10. Thank you for your thoughtful contribution. Now go back to eating mudpies and pulling pigtails. The adults are having a conversation.
  11. Even King Henry II had to do "penance" by visiting Beckett's tomb.
  12. If a Democratic POTUS said the same racist and misogynistic stuff as Trump, Democrats would fuking DEMOLISH him. Especially the far left gonzo contingent. Not sure why anyone would think differently. That group will never NOT be vocal about their grievances. The Republicans would have let a Democratic president make money from foreign governments via his properties? Wouldn't have impeached him for obstruction charges nicely laid out in the Mueller report? Would have just ignored the potential security lapses, of which there were many examples? You GTFOH. If he had been a Dem, he would have been impeached and removed by the GOP before the 2018 midterms. Also, Republicans commissioned the Steele dossier.
  13. He has to show up. He has to not be disruptive. Violation of either stipulation results in jail. This does not seem to be complicated.
  14. Understood. But what if the person making veiled threats never needs to carry out the action because he's really just laying out a names for one of his deranged followers to take action? Just another of a thousand examples of how Trump and his administration have demolished norms that never had to be codified before his arrival on the scene.
  15. I do not know that's true. That is your opinion. I do NOT think it's true, at least not to the level you do.
  16. Well, if I'm looking for a stimulant I'd choose coke over Adderall too. Prolly not crack though. But to each their own.

Does the FBI Director typically explain what the FBI is doing/investigating? If he did do you think the public should be privy to information of that nature?
  18. Huh? They're telling him he has to be there AND he needs to STFU. What's the issue?
  19. I'm not dodging shite, just clarifying my statement. Like I said, agree to disagree. We're not going to find common ground here. I'm sure you disagree with my assertions as well.
  20. Keeping a disorderly defendant from criticizing, insulting, or issuing veiled threats to officers of the court is the rule of law, not an example of communism.
  21. No, we don't. What I'm saying is IF everything went down EXACTLY the same way it actually played out with the only difference being a big D after Trumps name instead of an R, the Republicans would have impeached and removed him. This is an opinion, as is your assertion. I suspect neither of us will be swayed regardless of theoretical evidence the other presents. Sound about right? Agree to disagree?
  22. It wouldn't surprise me in the least to discover that Biden was on some sort of "vitamin" cocktail during SOTU. Trump almost assuredly made a habit of similar behavior, especially given the stories about how the WH pharmacy was handing out stimulants like they were M&Ms during his administration.
