Love to know where you're getting these numbers. Also, what is the ratio of teachers to priests in the US? 30-1? Higher? This isn't exactly a 1-1 comparison. I'd also be curious to see what the results of investigations into the complaints against teachers yielded. How many were made up by pissed off students? How many priests assaulted dozens of kids and none of them were reported? How many priests that got busted also assaulted many more kids that they were not reported? This is a stupid fuking argument.

I'm really not upset that they're opening an impeachment inquiry into Biden, although I think it's nothing more than political theater. If he's done what he's accused of he should be removed. You and I will not agree on the validity of the Trump impeachments; that's been established. But to think the DOJ is acting strictly in a political capacity WRT Trump’s various legal entanglements is farcical. And there is ZERO chance that your hyperpartisan compadres in the GC wouldn't be losing their collective minds if a Democratic POTUS had done half the shlt Trump has, and continues to do. And I fully expect the whole situation to spiral uncontrollably if we are stupid enough as a nation to re-elect the most divisive person in US history. Trump has not been secretive about his intentions to bring the entire government under his direct control.
