Other than the last point, I totally agree. I can't imagine how anyone would argue with the complete disregard of natural conservation from Trump. The closest he ever gets to nature is a golf course that he owns. Hopefully his voters, which includes a helluva lot of hunters and outdoor enthusiasts, can create a bulwark against some of his more environmentally destructive tendencies.

Between MSNBC, Fox News and CNN, the only ones even pretending to be news was CNN. They had a balanced panel, and they were being extremely critical of the Dems, deservedly so. And you seriously believe that Trump, with control of the House (if that happens), Senate, and SCOTUS, will not pursue retribution, will not attempt to consolidate power underneath himself, will obey the law consistently, will not attempt to act as a defacto dictator? Again, I hope you're right and I'm wrong. But I have never seen anything that would lead me to believe that he will govern in a way that does not benefit himself, first and foremost.

It's not my party. Registered independent. The Democrats can fock themselves. My hope is that they figure out how ridiculous they are and come back to earth, but that hasn't happened yet in my lifetime so I won't hold my breath. Don't confuse my anti-Trump stance as being pro-Democrat. I align more with their ideology, but detest the party, especially the last several years.

You are not going to convince me that Trump's impeachments weren't warranted, or that the GOP wouldn't have impeached a Democratic POTUS for the exact same behavior (and probably for less, TBH.) Given your history here, I trust you to remain mostly intellectually honest, even though you never admit your partisanship.
