I don't think these things are mutually exclusive. The CEOs can vote for Harris because they believe her economic plan will ultimately make them more money. Being someone that pays little attention to macroeconomics, my guess is that the tariffs scare them. That can be true while Harris at least pays lip service to easing the burden on lower and middle classes. I'll believe it when I see it, though.
