L.A. ICE Thread: U.S. Judge blocks Trump's N.G. Deployment in L.A.

Thanks for confirming why I find your party absurd, Dems! Seriously. Let's just double down on stupid MAGA behavior, shall we? We're all in big trouble when I'm the adult in the room. -
You're in luck! I've started writing a screenplay. It begins with a loser behind the wheel of a 1989 Mustang getting smoked in a race by a Chevy Nova... hilarity ensues.
-
I basically never agree with you; but this is poignant and well said and I am mostly in lockstep. Cheers.

Perfect description of the Don's birth! -
"The maid" I AM the fockin maid in my house. But if I were to do it at work (not that I would, much like my ex-wife I never actually poop or fart and if I ever did, it would certainly smell like perfume and/or a tasty side of smoked meat) I would leave it for environmental services.

You shut your filthy mouth. Gavin Newsome CANNOT be our next POTUS. We need a cleansing of that office. Hopefully he and JD Vance will never get anywhere near it. -
Yeah well, as we've covered before, the "hot rods" from the 70s were anything but. They looked the part, but lacked the punch.
-
What year? I really liked the ones from the late 60s -early 80s, before they turned it into more of a family car. Always heard good things about them.
-
Careful. If you go much further you'll be a vegetable.
-
Explosive diarrhea can create this result. Or so I've heard
-
Yeah, that's dumb driving. But nowhere near as dumb as the rest of your post. Since you're not a liberal, what's your excuse?
-
That's not the drug I was talking about, but let's just say it is.

Hey man, only one of those accidents was considered my "fault." And I got the charges reduced when I went to court and showed that the guy who hit me was obviously going over the posted limit based length of skid marks, the impact force and weight of both vehicles (shout out to my Physics teacher for a helping hand on that one!) and that neither me or my passenger saw him come over a hill after I made a COMPLETE stop and looked both ways-twice! I had such a good time in that courtroom I considered going into law for a while. Then I realized I didn't want to sell my soul for a career and changed course. In retrospect, I probably should have sold my soul; it ain't worth much.

Wow. I admire your commitment. I just took drugs when I needed to lose some weight. You're hard core.

Why did Atlanta go for 2 last night when it was 20 to 28???

This is part of the ANALYTICS ABOVE ALL craziness that has taken over the league. Many coaches have prioritized the use of these probabilities in their decision-making. It's foolish, IMO. I won't compare playing a game of Madden on Playstation with real life NFL football, but a lot of the trends you see today were popularized by gamer kids years ago that are now in the coaching ranks. Deferring until the second half and doubling up the possessions at the end of the first half is an example. Gamers have done that for a couple decades, at least. Game management and understanding the time remaining, game flow, injuries, etc. seems like it's lost on some coaches. Analytics should be used to inform decision making, not dictate it. -
That is some good fortune! I wrecked my first car less than a week after I got it. I had the second one for about 6 months before it got hit and totaled sitting in front of a buddy's house. My friends enjoyed that endlessly. I had the third one, my beloved Nova hatchback (screw you @supermike80!!), for about 10 months before I got broadsided doing 60 mph. Glad that thing was a tank or I would've been hurtin for certain after that wreck. The fourth lasted longer, almost two years, when I sold it before moving to AZ. I pretty well demolished it before then, it was a POS when I sold it. It took me a while to figure out it was important to take care of my vehicles. Now I prefer to buy new or late model and drive for at least 10 years and overspend on maintenance if necessary to prevent breakdowns. My last count was 17 vehicles I've either owned or my dad owned but I was the primary driver. That doesn't include three company-owned work trucks that have been my daily drivers at various points. I'm not even 50 yet.

Lemme know if you're ever in the mood to be even colder and come to MN. I'll keep the gimp suit shined for ya!

Well you already post here, which is essentially the gateway to hell. It's gotta just be a short walk around the corner from here. We'll do a geek meet there in a few years.
-
You'd be transparent if this was true.
-
Jesus. Well done. I went through 4 cars before I graduated HS.

You're expecting me to fit this perfect mass of masculine muscle and sinew and testosterone into a 3X? C'mon, man! Someone that can bench press a Corolla shouldn't have their clothing choices limited by weaklings.
-
I'm not already?

I assign you a D. For D!ck. Which is what you are, and what your list amounts to. I'll concede it's a good thread, just a shitty list. Get it together, man.

Shiv. Yes. She's Australian and is even hotter when not faking an American accent. I'll let you know if I'm ever successful in locating a show or film in which she disrobes.
