When asked about this Kamala Harris said she thought Alladin defeated Jaffar and then she cackled.
-
It would indeed. The question to ask is it not more disasterous to allow the status quo to continue. Isreal being attacked every few months. Shipping in the Red sea to be disrupted and threatened. Terror cells around the world, likely including our own country to be funded. You stand squarely against appeasing Putin yet you take an appeasement line here.

How do you interpret Kamala's expression?

She is thinking that she hopes it it not obvious she is more vacuous than Lauren Boebert. Alternatively she is wondering if she has on her collar. -
So we know where their launchers are and should rectify that situation immediately. Also, clearly the monies Biden released, and the iranian oil profits are funding this and the attacks on American assets. it is time to shut down their oil production. I just hope the Chinese do not decide that when America has substantial assets in the mediterranian, has supply disruptions in its own counyry due to strikes and a hurricane, and has next to no stategic oil reserve and is occupied with an election that this would be a good time to advance their interests.

I believe that portion, that "sampling" if you will of the Battle Hymn was the third movement of the song American Trilogy. -

I am just saying the questions we ask are a reflection of ourselves. Not an earth-shattering observztiuon, i know, but one worth reminding ourselves of, from time to time. -

I lament that we are in a time where research, supposed scholarship, has devolved to asking blantantly partisan questions, likely, in my view to add feul to the raging partisan fire. I need shelter from the storm, from the raging fire. -
Why do liberals claim to be minorities?

I was completely unfamiliar with him. I was jsut looking him up in Wikipedia. He has an interesting resume and background. He spoke bluntly and crudely, for certain. Whether his crudeness dismisses his position I do not opine. I note that Gen. Patton, LBJ, and Nixon were all said to be crude men from time to time. Trump as well, of course. -

Is your objection to the characterization, or the secondary place in that billing? -

I was not applying for the position, only setting forth what the offer might mean. It is a fairly generous offer though, for some. Whether HellToupee would find it so only his response will tell. -

Imagine conducting such a study. What does it say about us that a researcher thought such a study would reveal something interesting about ourselves? -

You are offering $924 a week or $48, 084 a year. Not bad, especially since you have a propensity for paying under the table, tax free. I could not have lived off that as my primary income prior to retirement, not by any means and not in an inflationary economy also known as an opportunity economy, but as supplemental retire income that would not be too bad, I could afford coke and strippers one night a week.. -

You have some sort of independant support for your position you would care to share with the class? -
God directs their fanancial decisions much as he or she directed Trump to turn his head at the fortuitous moment.

Back when I was a prosecuting attorney we only used the phrase or designation of Career Prosecutor for someone who had attended the National District Attorney's Association career prosecutor course after four years of serving as a prosecutor, passing that course, and then training at FLETC (The Federal law Enforcement Training Center) and perhaps even instructing at FLETC (as had I) and then continuing to serve as a prosecutor to a term of ten consecutive years. (more generally 20 consecutive years) We viewed elected D.A.'s and elected A.G.'s as something else, as politicians, which of course they are. Whether Harris was a competent attorney I cannot say. She may have been. Me, I suspect, however, that she was always desirous of being a politician, not someone devoted to prosecution. Lacking that devotion I doubt she was anything other than an adequate, pedestrian, prosecutor. As for the California bar, the overall pass rate is 34%. The pass rate for those from accredited law schools, not those advertised on the back of matchbooks, however, is 75%. Failing the first time one takes it is not a disgrace, but it does raise eyebrows, a bit, in the profession. I know a few who did not pass their bar on their first attempt and some are fine practicing attorneys. I know some who passed on their first attempt who should not have been admitted into the profession. What I know about Harris is she wants the accclaim of those in her office prosecuting under her stewardship of the office, but she wants to distance herself from the ramifications of policies she implemented. Color me unimpressed.

I think the money would need to be held by a neutral third party and the definition of "win" would have to be clearly established on an objective and observable standard, and the ruling of the bet holder would have to be agreed to be final. In the end it does not mattefr as Tim has already declined the offer and it seems the offer was Tim specific, though i suppose that is open to interpretation. -

That would be enough for me to risk it, if i firmly believed those odds. That said, each man must determine their own risk tolerance/risk aversion for themselves. -

Does "win" mean gets the most electoral college votes when recognized state delegates report the votes to the Senate for recordation? Seems some clarity may be in order if there were to be a bet. -
