Interesting. We had a situation in colorado a decade ago where a legisltor was involved in a similar situation. It turned out then that our legislators have immunity for crimes while traveling to or from oficial legislative sessions or duties. The idea was, it was explained then, that local jurisdictions opposed to the ideas of that particualr legislator would not be able to inhibit the legislator from acting upon their beliefs. Local jurisdictions could not, in effect, usde trumped up charges or real charges to interfer wiht ther legislative process. From my memory there was a call to rescind that immunity but i do not believe that happened. I would have to check.

He believes his own autobigraphical lies. He is a mess. I believe Trump has started down this road as well but is a few stages short of where Biden currently is. I don't believe anyone in good conscience can believe either man is likely to finish the term for which they are running .I find it irresponsible that each side is trying to push their guy over the finish line.
