I would rather see them engage in a series of games. Checkers, then Chess, then Heads up no limit poker followed by Trivial pursuit featuring world geography, history, world leaders, general science, geopolitcal conflicts and wars of the last two centuries, and constitutional law decisions. it might also be fun to put them in side by side escape rooms doing the same escape at the same time with each being miked up so the other can hear them. We could also require them to do a series of Wordle and Soduku puzzles. I want to learn something about their memory, access to stored knowledge, and problem solving. Frankly I doubt either would fare well against a moderately intelligent high school sophomore.

I will be doing overnighters in Utah adn Montana this summer, details still to be finalized. I don't know how many years i have left where i will be physically able to run whitewater but I want to take what I can while I can.

He is inarticulate indeed but not wrong about getting a vehicle out of power repowered quickly and back in the fight. Far quicker to gas the vehicle up rather than to recharge it. Whether this limited and specific application has wider application for civilian applications is highly questionable and I would argue it mostly does not, but he is not wrong, he is just inarticulate in teh extreme. So inarticualte that you and I both question his intelligence. I would definitely not pick him to be on my team in any intellectual contest. Of course i would not pick biden either. i would go it alone and would feel very confident of a win if they both were forced on to the other team as I know they would outburst with the wrong answer rather than allow the intelligent team captain to respond.

The third question is whether that legislation was exclusive and exhaustive on a subject or whether it was general so as to include new cases or examples appropriate for inclusion in a nonexhaustive category. Sotomayor ignored the third question. She determined that an exhaustive definiton was open to inclusion of matters she felt the legislature might have included had they left the definition open and nonexhaustive becasue she feels they might have. That is patently inappropriate review.
