I am embarrassed as an attorney that I have been unfamiliar with this provision.

I have managed that twice. Once immediately after picking up the 6/7. Maybe my best game ever. No opens, no stikes, but three split pic ups, including the two hard ones. As for bowling i have rolled 14 strikes in a row, but over the course of two games. My high score ever was 273. I only league bowled one time I alaways figured i was around a 180 bowler but it turns out I was not. My league average was 169. Who knows what I might have averaged as a bowler if I did not believe the game was about intoxication. For me it was an excuse for a sloppy drunk.

I am listening to the testimony or should I say the obstructions of the law partner. I love him saying he has no idea when the boning started. If I had a law partner who was boning a chick who was serially a judge and then a D.A. I would know damn well which she was as there are a world of conflict issues for the law practice. This is a serious matter, a matter which any law partner would make substantial inquiry so as to protect the practice. The law under which he was sued was not drafted for this scenario. There were no victims. That said I do believe he took many liberties. His misvaluations don't concern me as much as his misstatements of fact, such as the size of his Trump Tower penthouse. I also think the case was brought out of animus rather than an equal application of the laws. That all said, I have no problen with the holdings on the causes of action. i do believe it very likely that on appeal the court will offer an Remittitur if one is asked for. I could easily see an adjustment of the penalties to $1 with the rest of the conditions to remain intact

You are akin to Trump in your ability to redefine, for yourself, reality. You have never remotely gotten the best of me in any debate.
