I give the Packers maybe a 1 in six chance of winning outright and a 2 in six chance of beating the spread. The Packers would need to tackle more surely than they generally have this year. They would also need to control their stupid penalties as this year they have allowed teams lined up to punt the ball to convert the fourth down by penalty and have gotten teams in thirds and very long first downs not just by untimely pass interference penalties which happens to every team, but by really stupid and late unnecessary roughness penalties. Those are the equivilent of turnovers and they are prevengtable with some brains and discipline. Hopefully the youngest and through much of the year dumbest team will communicate on both offense and defense as when they do they are pretty good. Maybe, just maybe they have it figured out but the 49ers test even the best communicating teams so we shall see. I do note that the Packers with Jones, Watson, Reed, and Wicks on offense and Alexander and campbell in on defense are a lot different than the Packers without them which was often the case this year. Who knows, maybe they will even get Dillon out there.

All I know is the 49ers seem to end my Packers season more often than not lately and it seems to be shaping up towards that outcome once again. Maybe this year will be the exception to that rule but I won't be putting my money on that unlikely outcome* * Unless the line moves to 10.5.

Were he to get a second term and be a lame duck those he insults would have no incentive to support him through the impeachments we know are to come. Once there is no future and very little present with him the knifes will come out.

Sadly for his supporters he alienates potential allies he will need as a lame duck president should he get so far, and he does damage to the Republican brand once he is gone which will be either in November of this year or if he wins in about April of next year as hated lame ducks prove to be rather ineffective leaders unless they have both houses and their party squarely behind them and it usualy only takes until april for that to be borne out.

I trust they will start simply summarizing what Karin Jean-Pierre meant to say rather than broadcasting what she did say when she says the administration never said or did what there is film of them saying and doing.

I for one appreciate MSNBC filtering what is happening so that I don't have to think too hard for myself. They may want to stop calling themselves "News" and go with the more truthful "Partisan Censored Information Feed" but otherwise I am good here.
