The larger male pursued the smaller male, even using some physical force to get to the smaller male bypassing a third party whose evaluation of the situation was that intercession was necessary. His court actions I believe absolutely not. His extrajudicial actions in contacting Secretaries of States or Attornies General of States maybe so, but where those contacts exhortations to illegal actions or fact gathering inquiries inartfully worded by a man with a very obtuse and truncated speaking style? For me his inquiries are less than wholly innocent. It reminds me of Henry II asking who will rid him of this troublesome priest prior to Thomas Beckett's killing.
